Peru is an extremely diverse and vibrant country where widely dispersed rural regions have little to no stable electricity grid coverage. as an emerging country with a growing demand for electricity, access to modern and sustainable energy services is essential. both for addressing future energy challenges, and to reduce rural poverty by contributing to the regions long term socio-economic development.
while generating clean electricity, the aim of the project is to apply high social standards, generate employment opportunities, and support the local communities. our project is improving infrastructure as well as educating the local population on sustainable energy consumption, climate change and biodiversity.
